Messages. This enables speedy communication between Managers, Team Leads and Agents. Whether a ticket needs to be Flagged, Reviewed or you simply want to Notify all Agents of something – you never have to miss out on anything important again.

Manual Reviews:

Once you’re done reviewing, you can now send a Slack DM to either a particular Agent or all Agents associated with the ticket.

You also have the ability to personalize this notification by adding your comments.

Notify Agents:

You can notify Agents about anything about the ticket send a message to all the Agents or just one.
