We enable you to integrate your existing ticketing desk with Emtropy to seamlessly pull your tickets in to be analyzed.
Zendesk Integration Steps
Step 1
- If you're the Help Desk administrator, you can add the integration yourself. If someone else on your team is the admin, you can invite them.
- If you select the 'Invite Administrator' option, your colleague will get the same sign-up flow that you got. And can proceed to Step 2

Step 2
- To integrate you will need your Subdomain URL
- To know this URL, you can visit your Zendesk URL e.g. emtropylabshelp.zendesk.com (also your subdomain URL) with an admin account
Step 3
- Go back to your Emtropy account and click on Connect with Zendesk

Step 4
- Enter your subdomain URL, and click on Connect and you will be redirected to Zendesk to complete the rest of the authorization

Step 5
- Once the integration is complete, you will be taken back to the Emtropy Integrations page with the confirmation that the integration is successful
- The tickets will be loaded and analyzed and you will receive an email once it is done
