We enable you to integrate your customer feedback platform with Emtropy to seamlessly import your CSAT scores.

Stella Connect Integration Steps

Step 1: Get required data from Stella Connect Instance

1. Navigate to the following page (Settings > Integrations) in your StellaConnect instance.

   https://[YOUR_COMPANY_DOMAIN_NAME].stellaconnect.net/admin/company/api

   You should see following screen.

   

2. Note down (or) Copy the Production API Key and Download the secret key file/script mentioned at the highlighted fields.

Step 2: Authorize Emtropy to integrate with Stella Connect

1. Navigate to Stella Connect integrations page in your Emtropy Instance.

   https://[YOUR_COMPANY_DOMAIN_NAME].emtropy.com/new/integrations

2. Paste Production API Key in the API Key field

3. Upload Downloaded secret key file in the Secret key file field

4. Click Save

Step 3

• Once the integration is complete, you will be taken back to the Emtropy Integrations page with a confirmation that the integration is successful.
• After the integration is complete, imported tickets scored in Emtropy will display their associated CSAT score if available.
