We enable you to integrate your existing ticketing desk with Emtropy to seamlessly pull your tickets in to be analyzed.

Salesforce Integration Steps

Step 1

• Once the project is kicked off, we will send you the link to get started
• If you're the Help Desk administrator, you can add the integration yourself. If someone else on your team is the admin, you can invite them
• If you select the 'Invite Administrator' option, your colleague will get the same sign-up flow that you got and can proceed to Step 2

Step 2

• Connect with Salesforce

Step 3

• Complete the steps on Salesforce starting with your authentication and authorizing Emtropy to get access to the data

Step 4

• Once the integration is complete, you will be taken back to the Emtropy Integrations page with the confirmation that the integration is successful
• The tickets will be loaded and analyzed and you will receive an email once it is done
