We enable you to integrate your existing ticketing desk with Emtropy to seamlessly pull your tickets in to be analyzed.
Intercom Integration Steps
Step 1
- If you're the Help Desk administrator, you can add the integration yourself. If someone else on your team is the admin, you can invite them
- If you select the 'Invite Administrator' option, they'll get the same sign-up flow that you got. And can proceed to Step 2

Step 2
- Click on Connect with Intercom

Step 3
- Complete the steps on Intercom starting with your authentication and authorizing Emtropy to get access to the data
Step 4
- Once the integration is complete, you will be taken back to the Emtropy Integrations page with the confirmation that the integration is successful
- The tickets will be loaded and analyzed and you will receive an email once it is done
