We enable you to integrate your existing ticketing desk with Emtropy to seamlessly pull your tickets in to be analyzed.
Currently supporting Helpscout, with Zendesk and Freshdesk coming soon.
Help Scout Integration Steps
Step 1
- If you're the Help Desk administrator, you can add the integration yourself. If someone else on your team is the admin, you can invite them
- If you select the 'Invite Administrator' option, they'll get the same sign-up flow that you got. And can proceed to Step 2

Step 2
- Connect with the Help Desk that you use

Step 3
- Complete the steps on Help Scout starting with your authentication and authorizing Emtropy to get access to the data


Step 4
- Once the integration is complete, you will be taken back to the Emtropy Integrations page with the confirmation that the integration is successful
- The tickets will be loaded and analyzed and you will receive an email once it is done
