We enable you to integrate your existing ticketing desk with Emtropy to seamlessly pull your tickets in to be analyzed.

Freshdesk Integrations Steps

Step 1

• If you're the Help Desk administrator, you can add the integration yourself. If someone else on your team is the admin, you can invite them
• If you select the 'Invite Administrator' option, your colleague will get the same sign-up flow that you got and can proceed to Step 2

Step 2

• To integrate you will need your Subdomain URL and API key

• Visit your Freshdesk URL e.g. emtropylabshelp.freshdesk.com (also your subdomain URL) with an admin account

• Click on your Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard

  

• Click on Profile Settings

  

• Copy the Admin API key

  

Step 3

• Go back to your Emtropy account and click on Connect with Freshdesk

Step 4

• Paste the copied API key into the field, enter your subdomain URL, and click on Authorize
