We enable you to integrate your existing ticketing desk with Emtropy to seamlessly pull your tickets in to be analyzed.
To integrate you will need your Subdomain URL and API key
Visit your Freshdesk URL e.g. emtropylabshelp.freshdesk.com (also your subdomain URL) with an admin account
Click on your Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
Click on Profile Settings
Copy the Admin API key
Paste the copied API key into the field, enter your subdomain URL, and click on Authorize
