We enable you to integrate your customer survey scores with Emtropy to seamlessly import your CSAT scores.

Delighted Integration Steps

Step 1

• Authorize Emtropy to integrate with Delighted by Qualtrics by entering your API key and click Save.

Step 2

• Once the integration is complete, you will be taken back to the Emtropy Integrations page with a confirmation that the integration is successful.
• After the integration is complete, newly imported tickets scored in Emtropy will display their associated CSAT score if available.
